Please be rest assured that our stocks are at least a minimum of 20 months from the expiry date, otherwise FULL Refund will be given.

Terms & Conditions of Online Shopping Pre-Ordering
- Please take note on the product detail description and product picture especially the color and measurement of the item before order.
- Products color on the photo may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.
- Certain merchandise might be marked as "randomly distribute" meaning that buyers are not allowed to choose the color or style of the item. You may make note in the order form for your preferred color or style, we will try to arrange for you while stock last. If your desire color or style is out of stock, we will randomly distribute for you without further notice.
- Most pictures on the website are provided by the supplier, and there may be a slight difference from the actual merchandise. Please inquire for Actual Picture if you do have very high expectation on the item you going to purchase.
- Please do not imagine the outcome based on the model picuture without checking on the measurement and colors. Please take the Actual Picture as the final expectation. Our Actual Picture will be marked with our URL (www.40going20.com) as water mark.
- Most of the clothes in the website have not undergo the Washing Care test. It's advisable for you to treat it separately when you do the first laundry especially those dark color clothing.
- To pay, you may transfer the amount to us by Manual Fund Transfer or Online Credit Card Payment. PAYPAL
- After Payment, buyers may inform us via SKYPE / MSN / Email by addressing the ordernumber, Bank Account Name, Payment time and the Payment Amount. For details, please refer to the FAQ : How to make payment.
- If you have over paid to us, we will automatically refund the balance to you in CASH VOUCHER. Cash Voucher can be redeemed as CASH, please contact our customer service personnel for redemption.
- We will start our parcel packing job on 2pm daily (only on Working days). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive the payment for your order before 2pm.
- We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can do our best to carry out a special arrangement for you.
- If happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However under certain conditions, we may refund to you directly without prior notice.
- 40going20 reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods. Please make a remark in your order form if certain delivery company will not reach to your location.
- For DHL / OUR CONSIGNEE Worldwide Express, normally you can receive your parcel in 1-3 days*.
- For other courier company, additional 1 day is required; normally you will be receiving your parcel in 2-4 days*.
- After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after 3 days, please contact the courier company directly.
- If you've given us an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not in charge on the shipping for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.
- We provide 100% return warranty on all products you've purchased regardless it's dissatisfaction or defected item.
- The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered out by us.
- To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but in Refund Voucher which allows you to make the same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the Refund Voucher.
- Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges is not included in the Refund Voucher.
- Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing and quality card. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted
- Each piece of our online merchandise item will be scan through our hand for quality inspection, and marked on with the quality of cards. This is due to that quality standards are very subjective; usually a small stain/spot, off-line, lint problem is not summed up as quality issues. If you would want to return, it will be summed up as the "unsatisfactory" category.
